Colorado Gives Day
If you've ever been inspired to give to your community members in need, but aren't sure how to do so, Colorado Gives day is for you! Colorado Gives Day is an annual statewide movement to celebrate and increase philanthropy in Colorado through online giving.
Last year donors responded in unprecedented numbers, breaking all previous records. In just 24 hours, $26.3 million was donated by 43,979 donors through 108,537 donations.
To motivate donors further, Community First Foundation and FirstBank have each contributed $500,000 to create a $1 Million Incentive Fund. The incentive fund proportionally increases the value of every dollar donated. For example, if a nonprofit organization receives 10 percent of the total donations made on Colorado Gives Day, that same nonprofit will receive 10 percent of the $1 Million Incentive Fund.
For 24 hours starting at 12 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8, 2015
Donate online at ColoradoGives.org, or schedule you donation in advance (starting November 2015).
